Perchè acquistare un’auto elettrica?

La Legge di Bilancio 2019 stabilisce una detrazione fiscale per i contribuenti pari al 50% delle spese sostenute dal 1°marzo 2019 al 31 dicembre 2021 per l’acquisto e la posa di infrastrutture di ricarica elettrica non accessibili al pubblico. La detrazione, calcolata su un ammontare non superiore a 3.000 euro, sarà operativa dopo la pubblicazione delle norme attuative.
Sempre la Legge di Bilancio 2019 ha previsto poi un bonus per l’acquisto di auto elettriche e ibride (con emissioni fino a 20 grammi di biossido di carbonio per chilometro) che va da 4.000 euro (in assenza di veicolo da rottamare della medesima categoria di classe 1, 2, 3 e 4) fino a 6.000 euro (in caso di contestuale rottamazione di un veicolo della medesima categoria di classe 1, 2, 3 e 4).

Il bonus sarà riconosciuto, dopo l’entrata in vigore delle norme attuative, a chi acquista -anche in locazione finanziaria -e immatricola in Italia dal 1°marzo 2019 al 31 dicembre 2021 un veicolo nuovo di fabbrica destinato al trasporto di persone avente al massimo 9 posti totali e prezzo inferiore a 50.000 euro IVA esclusa.
A livello nazionale sono inoltre in vigore ulteriori agevolazioni, come ad esempio la completa esenzione dal pagamento del bollo per i cinque anni che seguono l’immatricolazione e sconti previsti anche per quelli successivi. Anche alcune polizze dell’assicurazione prevedono premi ridotti per le auto elettriche, con percentuali che variano dal 30% al 50% a seconda del modello e della tipologia di copertura richiesta.

L’autonomia di percorrenza resta uno dei principali punti a sfavore per l’acquisto dei veicoli elettrici; in realtà alcuni studi scientificihanno rivelato che il 95% dei trasferimenti non supera i 200 km di percorrenza (fonte: NHTS, National HouseholdTravel Survey) e, quindi, questi chilometraggi sono ampiamente percorribili con le auto elettriche attualmente presenti sul mercato.
